1.1) Welcome to LUCA RENEE LTD, ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company is governed by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You ("Customer" "You") agree to be bound by this Terms of Service by using or accessing our services and purchasing the watches (“Product”) at the LUCA RENEE LTD website (“Platform”).

1.2) PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY DEFINE OUR MUTUAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. WE TRUST YOU WILL AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, BUT IF YOU DISAGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THIS SITE AND ANY OTHER SITE LINKING TO THESE TERMS. BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS, BROWSE, OR USE THIS OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKING TO THESE TERMS, OR BY CLICKING AN “I ACCEPT” OR SIMILAR BUTTON, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN. YOU ALSO AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE OF SIXTEEN (16) YEARS TO ENTER INTO A BINDING CONTRACT WITH US AND HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO.

This Terms of Service and any subsequent sales will be governed by the local laws of Hong Kong, not its conflict laws or regulations.

The Customer must create and register an account with the Company to purchase the Products from the Platform. Therefore, the Customer consents to:

a.) providing correct information like: name, contact information, billing address and any other information that is required by us, to register the account with the Company.

b.) preserving the privacy of the user account. The Company must be promptly informed of any unauthorized use of the Customer’s user account.

c.) using the account in compliance with these Terms of Service and any other policies of the Company.

In order to offer new Products and services to the Company’s Customers, the Company continuously improves and updates its current offerings.

5.1) All the prices displayed on the Platform are stated in the specified currency and may differ from those offered at other locations. All prices, discounts, and promotions on the Platform are subject to modification without prior notice.

5.2) The Company strives to provide accurate Product and pricing information; however, errors may occur. Any such errors will be rectified by the Company within the earliest possible time period.

LUCA RENEE LTD attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that Product images and appearances are exactly as shown as they may vary due to lighting and other factors.

7.1) Payments for the Products available on the Platform may be made by credit cards, debit cards, net banking. These payment options are instant payments options and are recommended to ensure faster processing of Your order.

7.2) We accept payments through third-party services including but not limited to Apple Payments, Inc. (“ApplePay”), Amazon Payments, Inc. (“AmazonPay”), Google LLC (“GooglePay”), and PayPal, Inc. (“PayPal").

7.3) When using third-party payments services, You agree and acknowledge that You have verified Your account information to ensure accuracy. LUCA RENEE LTD is not responsible for any such errors.

8.1) Shipping Fees:A shipping fee may apply to smaller individual accessory purchases, which will be determined by the shipping company based on weight and size. The applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before the customer completes the purchase, ensuring full transparency of costs.

8.2) Taxes and other charges: The Customer is liable for the applicable taxes, custom duties and import costs on its order. The invoice will include separate tax, import and custom charges, if applicable.

9.1) Orders are typically delivered within five (5) to fifteen (15) days unless specified otherwise. Delivery times are estimates and not legally binding. Additional delays due to custom inspections are beyond LUCA RENEE LTD’s control and liability.

9.2) LUCA RENEE LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect information, suspected fraud, prior disputes, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. If a Product is delayed or becomes unavailable, customers will be notified.

9.3) LUCA RENEE LTD retains sole discretion to cancel any order due to reasons like suspected or actual fraud; insufficient or erroneous information provided by You.

10.1) Returns.

a.) Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving the Product by sending a written withdrawal request to support@lucarenee.com. The request date determines compliance with the deadline, and no reason is required for cancellation.

b.) The Product must be returned within fourteen (14) days of return request, in its original packaging, with the protective sticker intact, all accessories, certificates, and paperwork included, and showing no signs of use. You will be responsible for the shipping cost and risk of loss or damage associated with the return Product.

10.2) Refunds: Refunds for approved returns will be paid back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds may take up to fourteen (14) days after inspection and approval. For questions or additional support, please contact us at support@lucarenee.com.

11.1) Exchanges are not permitted due to the limited availability of each Product Customers may request a refund, repair, or store credit as applicable.

11.2) Orders can only be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed and must follow the return process outlined above. A 2% cancellation charge may apply to cover credit card processing charges if imposed by the payment processor. This fee will not apply to cancellations due to errors on our part.

12.1) Once the order is shipped, LUCA RENEE LTD is not responsible for any lost; stolen or damaged packages during transit. We recommend You purchase shipping insurance to protect Your order.

12.2) We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not legally binding.

12.3) We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LUCA RENEE LTD, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, and service providers (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.

14.1) At LUCA RENEE LTD, the Products are intended for personal use only. Unless explicitly authorised in writing (“Authorised Reseller”), You are not permitted to resell or distribute the Products. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of resale.

14.2) Authorized Resellers must comply with all applicable laws and adhere to our instructions. Unauthorized resale or violation of these terms may result in future purchase restriction.

15.1) LUCA RENEE LTD offers two (2) years warranty on watch Products against internal malfunctions including mechanical failures and manufacturing defects.

15.2) Details on the limited warranty duration for other products and accessories manufactured and sold by LUCA RENEE LTD, excluding our distinctive timepieces, will be specified on their respective product pages.

15.3) Warranty coverage is valid only if the Product is purchased from the Platform or a LUCA RENEE LTD Authorized Reseller, with proof of purchase (dated sales or gift receipt showing the Authorized Reseller’s name and Product style number).

15.4) Any additional warranty offered by an Authorized Reseller is their sole responsibility.

16.1) You understand and agree that LUCA RENEE LTD is a registered trademark and exclusively retains and owns all rights, titles and interests to the LUCA RENEE LTD Products, software, platform and the content accessed by You, including all the intellectual and proprietary rights thereof. That shall include but is not limited to all techniques, algorithms, interface, design, trade secrets and inventions related thereto or incorporated and displayed on our website.

16.2) Any unauthorized use, misappropriation or, infringement of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Upon notice of such prohibited activities, LUCA RENEE LTD reserves all rights to take prompt legal action in order to protect and safeguard our rights and interests.

17.1) LUCA RENEE LTD does not endorse any third-party Products or services and references to particular Products or services presented on the Platform, shall not be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such Products or services by LUCA RENEE LTD, unless explicitly stated to the contrary.

17.2) The Platform may encompass hyperlinks to websites that are operated by third parties. The links herein are presented exclusively for the convenience of the Customer and shall not be construed as an endorsement, sponsorship, or expression of opinion regarding the content or practices of the aforementioned websites by LUCA RENEE LTD. We hereby formally disclaim any representations concerning the accuracy, content, or privacy practices associated with third-party websites. Engaging with such websites is undertaken at sole risk, and LUCA RENEE LTD shall not be held responsible or liable, either directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss, or liability that may arise or be alleged to arise from such utilization of or reliance upon any content, Products, or services accessible through such linked websites or resources on the Platform.

17.3) We integrate advertising and social media platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) tools—including Meta Pixel with Advanced Matching and the Conversions API—to collect, hash (SHA‑256), and transmit data such as email address, phone number, name, postal code, IP address, and user agent to Meta Platforms, Inc./Ireland. Purposes include:
• Ad personalization and retargeting
• Campaign performance measurement
• Custom audience creation and optimization

LUCA RENEE LTD will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Platform or the services, from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

19.1) We may employ the “Cookies” technology for smooth running of the Platform; however, the acceptance of Cookies is not a requirement to visit the Platform. A cookie is a small aggregate of data that is directed to Your computer by the computer hosting our website when You visit it. Our Cookies give the website extra functionality and enable more precise website usage analysis.

19.2) Luca Renée may use third-party affiliate or referral platforms to track sales and allocate commission payments to those who share links. By making a purchase through a link provided by an partner, affiliate or reseller, you consent to the use of cookies and tracking pixels associated with that link. Any claim, dispute, or controversy against LUCA RENEE LTD, arising from this Terms, its interpretation, implementation or its alleged breach, shall be settled exclusively and finally by binding arbitration. All arbitration shall take place in Hong Kong under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

22.1) It is advisable to conduct a periodic review of these Terms, as they are subject to updates at various intervals. The ongoing utilization of the Services subsequent to modifications to these Terms shall be deemed as Your acceptance of the amended Terms. In the occurrence of significant alterations that affect the provision of our Services to You, we shall undertake reasonable measures to inform You through notifications on the Platform and the email address maintained in our records.
